I. Tuition & Payment
- Tuition is prepaid on a monthly basis.
- Payment must be made on or before the first lesson of each month. Late payment may result in a late fee or loss of the reserved lesson slot.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, or online payment platforms such as Zelle or Venmo.
II. Absences & Make-up Lessons
- If a student needs to be absent for more than two weeks or up to a month, temporarily hold a lesson spot during an extended absence, monthly tuition must still be paid (Please talk to the administrative).
- Within 24 hours cancellations or no-shows are still charged with not eligible for refunds and no make-up session.
- If the teacher is absent, the lesson fee will be refunded / not charged. Make-up or reschedule will not be provided due to tight schedules, sub-teacher may arranged for the same day.
III. Withdrawals & Termination
- A minimum of 1 month notice is required if a student plans to pause or withdraw from lessons.
- The teacher/studio reserves the right to terminate lessons if a student exhibits inappropriate behavior or has repeated unexcused absences.
- Pausing lessons while requesting to keep and reserve the spot will still require regular payment.
IV. Holidays
- The studio follows public holiday schedules, during which lessons will be paused without refund.
- For special closures or teacher vacations, advance notice will be given and sub-teacher or refunds will be arranged accordingly.
